Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

- Prior experience in school settings or pediatrics preferred, though not required
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs under direct supervision
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support student communication and learning
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of service delivery
