Key Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Eligibility for provisional or full state licensure in Kentucky (as applicable)
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, faculty, and families
- Adaptability and organizational skills to thrive in a busy educational setting
- Open to candidates who are willing to relocate or travel for the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to target communication disorders
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families
- Document progress and maintain appropriate records in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individual education plans
- Participate in regular supervision and mentorship provided by ProCare Therapy to support successful completion of your fellowship
