Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from an accredited Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLP
- Eligibility for or possession of appropriate state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Commitment to working full-time, on-site in a school setting
- Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for supporting students’ development
- Willingness to travel or relocate for the duration of the contract if needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with other educational professionals, including teachers, special educators, and administrators
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough documentation
- Screen, assess, and evaluate students while tracking therapeutic progress
- Participate in parent meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Receive clinical supervision and mentorship to support successful completion of your CFY
