Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (eligibility or current license required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or enrollment in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric caseloads
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in coordination with educational staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each child’s success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to students’ progress planning
