Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current participation in a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language services
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy services to K-12 students
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to support each child’s communication goals
• Document progress and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continued learning opportunities
