Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Montgomery, AL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure for SLP, or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Strong pediatric experience and expertise in school-based settings highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt care plans to student needs and diverse learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapeutic interventions for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to optimize communication in the classroom
