Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Possession of or eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in educational settings
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to documentation and progress monitoring
• Educate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on speech-language strategies and interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school guidelines and legal requirements
