Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Phoenix, Arizona

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Eligibility for or possession of ASHA CCC or CFY
• Active or pending state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Passion for working with children and adolescents in educational settings
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings is a plus (but new graduates are welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement effective therapy for students with diverse communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to eligibility and review meetings as needed
• Provide direct therapy services, both group and one-on-one, tailored to individual student needs
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and mentorship (CFYs will benefit from strong support and supervision)
