Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Glendale, Arizona

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric, school-based, or education-focused experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide direct therapy sessions
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
- Provide education and resources to caregivers and staff when needed
