Pediatric SLP Clinical Fellow - Lake Worth, Florida

Multiple positions are available for motivated SLP-CFYs eager to launch or expand their professional journey during the 25/26 and 26/27 school years. This contract, full-time role is strictly on-site, offering options for both itinerant assignments or working at a single school, allowing you to tailor your experience to your strengths and goals.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Provisional Florida Department of Health SLP certification
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Pediatric and school-based clinical experience strongly desired
- Passion for working with PreK–12 students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work full-time, exclusively on-site
- Flexibility for itinerant work or preference for single-site placement
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, helping them overcome communication barriers
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to track progress and maximize outcomes
- Document activities and maintain records according to school and regulatory policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active team member
