Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Jefferson City, MO

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic school setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's educational plan
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with all school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
- Offer education and support to families and staff on speech and language development
