Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working within school or pediatric settings
- Ability to work full-time on-site and willingness to consider travel assignments
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
In this role, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide personalized therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with district policies and professional standards
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions that support student growth
- Consult with teachers and caregivers to facilitate skill generalization in daily life
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and initiatives to uphold best practices
