Requirements for this position include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in educational environments
As part of the special education team, responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Delivering direct therapy services to students across grade levels
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, progress records, and compliance with IEP requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and school-based intervention planning
