Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Holts Summit, Missouri

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility.
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and collaborate with educational professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide strategies and support to help students integrate improved communication skills into the classroom setting.
