Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Huntington Beach, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- California SLP license or eligibility (application in process for CFY accepted)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required for CFY applicants
- Experience (or desire) to work with K-12 students in general and special education
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Adapt therapy and approaches for mild to severe student needs, collaborating with specialized healthcare providers as needed
- Offer support and guidance to students in both individual and group settings
