Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for or possession of Illinois SLP licensure
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Passion for evidence-based, student-centered therapy
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessments and therapy in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Offer consultative support to teachers, families, and other educational professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational planning
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as a Clinical Fellow
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports students of diverse backgrounds
