Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in East Lansing, MI

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State-issued license to practice as an SLP
- ASHA CCC or open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants
- Prior experience or demonstrable interest in pediatric speech therapy within school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions for a range of communication disorders in children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed
