Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Clinical Fellow (CF)
Position Overview
Full-time, onsite position
37.5 hours per week
Elementary school assignment
One campus assignment
Caseload capped at approximately 60 students
Collaborative and supportive educational team
Clinical Fellowship supervision available
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines.
Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology licensure and certification.
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with Michigan school systems, special education procedures, and IEP processes preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
