Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Lansing, MI

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Experience in pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support students’ growth
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other specialists to foster success
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support a positive, inclusive school climate for all students
