Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong assessment and therapy planning abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on communication disorders
