Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to fit individual student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student goals within the educational setting
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
