Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Must be in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for speech therapy
- Eligibility for or possession of Virginia state licensure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine passion for working with school-aged children and adolescents
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor and document student progress diligently
- Participate in IEP meetings and support ongoing student success
