Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active SLP-CCC credential required
- Previous experience with school-aged children (K-8th preferred)
- Familiarity with a mild to moderate caseload
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable managing a caseload of 40–50 students
- Ability to adapt to multiple sites across 5 elementary schools and 1 junior high
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement therapy plans for K-8th grade students with communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families for individualized student support
- Travel between district schools (all nearby) as part of your regular schedule
- Monitor, track, and document student progress consistent with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
