Pediatric School Speech Therapist | North Hollywood, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to complete CFY
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
- Skills in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 55 students in grades TK-6th, delivering direct and indirect speech-language services
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain thorough records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to develop strategies supporting student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes
