School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Eagle Point, Oregon

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings or with school-age populations
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability across multiple class levels
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and culturally responsive care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services within MAPS PLUS site-based classrooms (serving elementary, middle, and high school students)
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and write accurate, timely reports
- Collaborate with special education and general education staff to deliver integrated support
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate clearly with students, staff, and families regarding student needs and progress
- Participate in data collection and team meetings to ensure the highest quality of care
