Middle School Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Hillsboro, OR

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification (state requirements must be met)
- Experience in educational settings with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload, maintain records, and document progress
- Comfortable navigating IEP processes and participating in student support meetings
- Adaptability for working in different school environments and with a variety of student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and speech/language assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment goals and evidence-based therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
- Consult with instructional staff and parents about student progress and strategies
- Maintain confidential records and make data-driven recommendations
