A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support to students in a K-12 educational setting located in Eagle Point, Oregon. This full-time, in-person role runs from ASAP through June 4, 2026, serving the Jackson County area with a diverse caseload across all grade levels. The position requires a valid Oregon SLP license and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the current school year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments, provide progress reports, and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to fostering communication skills and language development.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical standards specific to school-based SLP practice.
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
- Ability to work full time in-person, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
