School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Ashland, Oregon

A dedicated, compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist is sought for a full-time, in-person contract assignment from now through June 4, 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 population, supporting students across multiple needs and school environments throughout Jackson County.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Oregon SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience providing speech-language therapy in educational settings, ideally K-12
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and working collaboratively with special education teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to working fully on-site—this opportunity is strictly in-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based assessments, diagnostics, and interventions to meet individualized student needs
- Develop and implement IEP speech-language goals, documenting progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student academic and social development
- Maintain thorough records aligned with school and state policies
- Provide strategies, resources, and consultation to school staff and families
