- Experience working with elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Ability to travel between two school sites within the workday
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, screenings, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and ensure effective interventions
- Maintain thorough records of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
