Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Ability to develop IEPs and deliver individualized speech/language therapy
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

- Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication challenges
- Design and implement intervention strategies for a diverse student population
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group formats, adapting approaches to student needs
