Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Florida state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; will consider strong CFY candidates
- Previous experience in a public or private school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Passion for working with children with diverse needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other allied professionals to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records of services, progress, and communications in compliance with school policies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
