  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set achievable goals
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students according to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support personnel to monitor student progress
  • Keep accurate records and complete required reports in a timely manner
  • Participate in IEP and staff meetings as needed
