Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
- Experience supporting school-aged populations, from elementary through high school, in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and address speech, language, and communication needs of students, varying by assigned campus
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with school staff and families
- Document progress, maintain compliance records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Travel to multiple school sites as assigned; scheduling can combine sites to create full-time hours if desired
- Participate in school-based teams, providing expertise and support to maximize student success
