Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and current CCC-SLP credential
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Comfortable utilizing various assessment tools and therapy techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide targeted speech and language therapy sessions, both individual and group
- Maintain detailed progress notes and data tracking to measure student outcomes
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide holistic support to students
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations
- Adapt therapy materials and approaches to support diverse learners and abilities
