This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) interested in working in a supportive school environment. Both experienced CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) seeking supervision are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (supervision provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for enhancing student success through therapy and advocacy
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based evaluations and therapy to students with speech, language, articulation, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, ongoing documentation to track student progress and comply with regulatory guidelines
- Provide consultative support for classroom teachers on communication strategies and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and other school-based team activities to promote student achievement
- Foster a positive learning environment that celebrates growth and empowers students
Position Details:
- Contract assignment beginning as soon as possible
- Full academic year placement through June 10, 2026 (with the potential for renewal for 2026/27)
- 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
