Ideal candidates will bring expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology and value supporting young learners in a dynamic environment. Those with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials are encouraged to apply, provided you hold an active Massachusetts SLP license.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-age students in group and individual settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with families and school personnel to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (required)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational skills
