- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License (MA SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, especially at the elementary level, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students within a school environment
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in individual and group settings
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Serve as a resource to staff and families, offering support strategies and educational materials
