Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP License required
- Credentials as SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-5
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain detailed documentation
- Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adjust and modify plans in response to student progress and team feedback
- Facilitate meaningful, evidence-based interventions to enhance students’ communication abilities
