Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain required state licensure and clear school background checks

• Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations in school-based environments
• Organizational skills to manage workload and documentation efficiently
Responsibilities:
• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-age children
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate records in compliance with district policies
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers, parents, and administrators—to support each student’s progress
• Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Consult and collaborate to promote language-rich classroom environments and strategies
This assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and continues through June 10, 2026, with renewal potential for the following school year. You’ll work five days a week, totaling 40 hours, and enjoy the security of a long-term placement that allows you to form meaningful relationships with your students and colleagues.
