Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare-based speech-language pathology
- Licensed or eligible to practice as an SLP; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Skilled in teletherapy as well as in-person therapeutic modalities
- Ability to design and implement IEPs and collaborate with teaching teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach when working with children and their families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat student speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success
- Deliver engaging therapy—onsite or via teletherapy—tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation for compliance
- Contribute expertise during IEP meetings and case conferences
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student communication skills
