Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active California SLP Licensure and CTC required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- SLP-CCC credentialed professionals encouraged
- Experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and school-based therapy services
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy tailored to meet the individual needs of elementary-aged students
- Develop, update, and implement IEP goals in consultation with educators and families
- Maintain thorough records of sessions, student progress, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents for enhanced communication strategies within the classroom
- Engage in school meetings and professional development as needed
