Qualifications & Experience
- Active or eligible SLP license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, including school-based services and teletherapy
- Experience with K–8 age groups, including articulation and fluency
- Comfort supporting students with autism and other speech needs
- Familiarity with evaluation procedures (willing to assess 1–2 students as needed)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 12 speech-only students, with a total group of up to 15
- Conduct 1–2 student evaluations as needed (no Medicaid billing required)
- Implement personalized therapy focusing on articulation, fluency, and more
- Coordinate services flexibly over 1–2 days per week, adapting to students' needs
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to maximize student success
