Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Camden, SC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) eligibility
- Pediatric experience in a school or healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with speech sound disorders, articulation, and fluency
- Teletherapy experience a plus and welcomed
- Compassionate approach to working with K-8th grade students, including those with autism spectrum disorders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with teachers and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct speech therapy (articulation, fluency) for up to 15 K-8th students (primarily speech-only cases)
- Assess and conduct initial or re-evaluations for 1-2 students as needed
- Develop and monitor individualized plans, set clear therapy goals, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Provide teletherapy support as appropriate—leveraging technology for effective intervention
