Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Trenton, New Jersey

Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Current NJ SLP licensure and valid Teaching Certificate (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also considered
- Experience in schools and knowledge of best practices for students in Grades 4–8
- Strong pediatric background in assessment, intervention, and IEP development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaborating with staff and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for students in Grades 4–8
- Provide direct speech-language therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and multidisciplinary team planning
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment tailored to diverse student needs
