Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- CFY candidates will be considered
- Experience or strong interest in working within pediatric and school settings
- Skilled in speech, language, communication, and case management
- Comfortable conducting evaluations, assessments, and leading interventions
- Effective communicator with students, teachers, and families
- Flexible, resourceful, and organized in a dynamic educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language testing for students in grades 4–6
- Manage student caseload, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, school teams, and parents to support student outcomes
- Offer direct and consultative speech therapy services within the school setting
- Support compliance with all relevant school and state documentation requirements
- Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed
