Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts SLP License required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience in school settings, pediatrics, or relevant clinical placements strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping children achieve communication and academic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals in partnership with teachers and families
- Document progress, maintain service records, and complete required reports
- Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to maximize student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication strategies
