Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MA
A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a contract role supporting school-aged students in both Extended School Year (ESY) and the upcoming 26-27 academic year. As a full-time SLP, you'll collaborate with educators and families to boost student communication and academic success. Clinicians with either the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP License required
- CCC or eligibility for CFY accepted
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers for comprehensive student support
- Track and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
