Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on student needs and evaluations.
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings as required.
- Provide services independently without supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or working under a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment.
- Must be available for in-person service delivery in Camas, WA.
