Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Byron, Illinois

Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are advancing your career as a Clinical Fellow (CFY), your skills can make a real difference for students at a single, convenient campus.
What we're seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain necessary credentials
- CCC-SLP, School SLP credentials, or open to SLP-CFY candidates
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, especially PreK to grade 3
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Superb communication and collaboration skills with staff and families
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write detailed reports
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and in-service trainings
- Maintain accurate records as per school and state requirements
