Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, MN

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings is ideal
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, voice, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work alongside educators and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom strategies and student goals
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and track student progress in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations
- Deliver therapy services in both individual and small group formats
