Pediatric School-Based SLP | Burlington, Wisconsin

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Wisconsin SLP license is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in educational settings and with pediatric caseloads is highly valued
- Skilled in developing and implementing IEPs for diverse student populations
- Teletherapy or healthcare-based SLP background is an asset
- Effective communicator with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-8 caseload, supporting students with various communication needs
- Administer and interpret assessments, develop targeted intervention plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Build a supportive, engaging environment that encourages students’ confidence and communication skills
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with district and state regulations
