Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Brookshire, TX

Ideal candidates will have experience or training in school-based SLP, healthcare settings, or pediatric caseloads. Supervision and support are available for Clinical Fellows (CFY). Embrace a collaborative environment that values your input and supports professional growth.
What We Are Looking For:
• Valid SLP license and credentials (CCC or CFY considered)
• Experience with pediatric populations or in school settings
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable building rapport with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to in-person, on-site support
• Open to working with elementary or secondary students
Role Responsibilities:
• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialized teams to develop effective interventions
• Create, track, and report on student progress towards IEP goals
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs
• Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with all school and healthcare regulations
• Provide expertise and compassionate care in a supportive learning community
