What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Texas Special Education Certificate (Required)
- A passion for working with early elementary students (K–2)
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- A team player who is flexible, compassionate, and student-centered
- Experience with IEP development and compliance preferred
