ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Certificate of Clinical Competence Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a full-time school-based position in the Brockton, Massachusetts area for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school-based SLP or a clinician looking to transition from a clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, hospital, or pediatric setting into education. You'll become an important member of a collaborative team focused on helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Participate in IEP meetings and provide clinical recommendations
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Ability to provide onsite services in a school setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Previous middle school or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Clinicians transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, hospital, or pediatric settings are encouraged to apply
