Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to individualize interventions and support diverse student needs

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Deliver direct therapy services in person, supporting students with speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families, providing consultation and training as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
